With 30 years of experience in the digital health industry, Albert has dedicated his career to enhancing self-care and community care through technology.His purpose-driven solutions include TeamCare, a SaaS-based Personal Care Plan (PCP), Case Management, and Point of Care (POC) system, evolved from traditional bedside nursing care plans.
Additionally, he developed PharmCare, an integrated community pharmacy solution featuring SaaS, API, and app components designed to empower patient self-care in medication management.Albert’s commitment to healthcare technology extends beyond product development. He is a co-founder of HKGoodPost, a platform for Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and social innovation blogging. He also initiated the Creative Commons Project in Drug Icon to improve medication understanding among the elderly, caregivers, and ethnic minorities.
Albert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is also a Lean Launchpad Trainer at The University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, contributing to entrepreneurship education.
