In 2014, Dr CA Tse established the SEnSE Program, integrating education, social philanthropy, business, and government sectors to create a dynamic social entrepreneurship learning ecosystem. This initiative promotes entrepreneurial spirit, social responsibility, and innovation, providing students with diverse pathways through experiential learning to prepare them for an ever-changing future. To date, the program has successfully trained over 70,000 young individuals, reached 390 schools, incubated over 500 social innovation ideas, assisted 124 teams, and secured over $44 million in social innovation funding.

Dr Tse is devoted to researching social entrepreneurship, innovative education, life education, generational differences, and youth transformation. As an author for several media platforms, including AM730, ETnet, ICSD, and HKEJ, he shares insights on these topics and has co-published over 10 books in collaboration with various authors over the last decade. Additionally, he has developed teaching materials on social entrepreneurship and values education for both primary and secondary schools, and also teaches UGC courses at different universities.

Dr Tse collaborated with principals, educators, and cross-disciplinary experts to promote the “21st Century Education Symposium,” aiming to define the role of education in an unpredictable future and envision “Future Schools” under the new normal. In 2023, he received both the Outstanding Leadership Award and the Visionaries Award at the Education 2.0 Conference in Dubai, UAE. Since 2024, he has served as the co-chair of the Organising Committee of the Social Enterprise Summit in Hong Kong. This platform strives to unite diverse sectors in envisioning new possibilities for societal advancement and positive impact, addressing complex challenges such as inequality, poverty, economic stagnation, sustainability, and climate change.

Dr Tse is also recognised by CIO Magazine as one of the 10 Most Visionary Leaders Transforming Education. This acknowledgement reflects his unwavering commitment to driving meaningful change and innovation within the education sector, inspiring future leaders to create a lasting impact in their communities.
